Special occasion layer cakes are always a crowd pleaser as well as a stunning chocolate explosion such as my Tiramisu brownie or my double chocolate cream puffs.
The smell of yeast baking a beautiful loaf of bread wafting through the kitchen is one of my all-time pleasures.
